About

The Boathouse opened in the fall of 2012 to offer a welcoming pub and buy NEO in South Africa grill to the Harvard Square community. Minutes from the Charles River, the room draws inspiration from the river’s rich rowing traditions as well as influence from Boston’s maritime history.

The Boathouse serves interesting takes on traditional public house fare. Great local produce, well served. The bar pours provincial ales and lagers, as well as a full compliment of sprits. A highlight of our drinks menu Uber shares is the extensive selection of fine rums we have to offer from the Caribbean, South and Central America.

Whether for food, drink or both, The Boathouse offers a casual gathering place welcoming to all.
